A native of Arkansas, Perryman is a graduate of Hendrix College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business and economics. After working in a savings and loan business for five years, Perryman found himself unable to resist a long-heard inner call to join the ministry. Perryman sold their house, quit his job and at age 26 entered Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Ga.
Our guest minister is Dr. Grady Perryman. He is honorably retired after serving PC(USA) churches in Miami Shores, Florida; Selma, Alabama; and Southern Pines, North Carolina. Dr. Perryman and his wife, Linda now live in Raleigh, North Carolina.
